Based on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® model, the 360-degree assessments and facilitator materials illuminates both the effectiveness of your leaders and the level of commitment, engagement, and satisfaction of those that follow.

The Leadership Challenge Workshop

The Leadership Challenge is an intense 2-day workshop designed to equip leaders with knowledge and tools to take their leadership to the next level.

Designed for those serious about developing as a leader, the curriculum is based on sound research collected over the past 30 years. Aspiring, prove, and even struggling leaders learn how to:

  • Model the Way
  • Inspire a Shared Vision
  • Challenge the Process
  • Enable Others to Act
  • Encourage the Heart

Prior to the workshop, each participant and observers they choose, complete the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). During the workshop, each participant receives their own private report outlining the information collected, and learn how to use the LPI to develop as a leader.

The Challenge Continues

The Challenge Continues is designed to move leaders beyond the foundational Leadership Challenge knowledge they have already acquired.

The Challenge Continues asks participants to practice specific skills and behaviors based on their leadership accomplishments to date, and their outstanding goals. Additionally, participants move beyond self-development and expand their use of the 5 practices to develop their team members and to influence the broader spheres of their work units and organizations.
